Social commitment
We are aware of our social responsibility and support both internal and external initiatives.
Within our company we focus on the systematic training of our employees and on health-promoting initiatives (e.g. free fitness training for all employees at the head office, extra company health insurance).
Our corporate values include treating each other with respect and integrity. We also strive to consistently align our business conduct with personal values and beliefs.
At the local level, we are involved as sponsors of the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Music Festival, the Schwerin Jazz Night and the FC Mecklenburg-Schwerin e.V. football club.
