Our portfolio is divided into four business areas – hydraulics, mechanical engineering, industrial services and commercial real estate. Such diversified structure implies a decentralised management structure and independent local decision making.
HN Holding’s role is limited to the strategic development of the overall portfolio and to initiate selected strategic initiatives. This approach ensures the preservation of the SME spirit within our portfolio companies.
