The construction work for the new hall on the premises of the Kemptener Maschinenfabrik is currently in full swing. The new paint shop is expected to go into operation in autumn 2019. Kemptener Maschinenfabrik is investing a total of 4 million euros in this innovative technology.
With the new system, painting can be carried out more environmentally friendly and at the same time more efficiently. In addition, the system enables significantly better quality paint processing. The investment enables an AirCoat painting process in which fewer solvents are used and thus compliance with the pollutant balance can be ensured.
With the new painting plant, the Kemptener Maschinenfabrik meets its own quality requirements and those of its customers.
Hydraulik Nord Fluidtechnik is active in the field of hydraulic steering systems and is currently developing innovative electrohydraulic steering solutions for mobile hydraulic applications. By combining forces with Danfoss, a strategic platform arises to set new standards in autonomous driving of working machines.
Danfoss has more than 26,000 employees worldwide and is serving customers in over 100 countries around the globe.
The acquisition is subject to necessary approvals by relevant authorities and is expected to be fully completed during the first quarter 2019.
The business unit of components and parts is not subject to the above-mentioned transaction. It will remain at HN Holding as a part of the Hydraulik Nord Group.
